JH Zane promises to refund any item that you are not completely satisfied with. You can now use our automatic return centre which is located on the top right corner, to submit your exchange/return request. Once your request has been approved, you will receive a link via email with your shipping labels, you simply print them out and book a collection at a convenient time, or alternatively drop it off at your closest drop off point. Please contact our customer service team if you need extra assistance on this matter.

If you are a customer in the European Economic Area (EEA), you are entitled to 14 calendar days in which to return your order. International customers are entitled to 28 days from the day you receive your order. In event of a return, you will only be refunded the amount paid for the items. Return items will be refunded excluding original shipping costs.

Please note that items should be returned with tags in place. Once we received your item, you will be fully refunded. Your refund can take up to 10 working days to be processed and we will not be able to accept any returned items outside of our returns period.

In rare chance you receive faulty goods, please return to us and Jh Zane will repair, replace or refund them(item permitting). Please note that sales items are non-refundable but can be exchanged either for a gift card or for another item of equal or higher value.
